Some family updates...
1. Daddy: "Kennedy, you went potty again? It's like you can doo doo on demand!
Kennedy: "I'm not a man, daddy."
2. Kennedy: "Daddy, where we going?"
Daddy: "We're walking to the sanctuary"
Kennedy: "Sanctuary, February, March, April, May, June..."
3. Kennedy: "Daddy, today I love you."
4. "Kennedy! Don't sit on your brother's head!"
5. This morning I was working in the church community garden that I am heading up. The only problem is that the garden is very close to the daycare playground. In the past I always worried that Kennedy would see me and want to be with me and have a melt down if she couldn't...until today.
Her teacher took a small group into the church to go potty - close to where the garden is located. Kennedy saw me from afar and yelled, "Hi, Daddy!" I turned around and said, "Hi, Punkers!" Not running to me, but walking pass me, she said, "You workin' in the garden?" I said, "Yes." Kennedy then said "ok" and kept walking with her buddy's to the bathroom. I then heard her tell her buddy's as she walked away, "That's my daddy. Not yours." She then went potty and walked back to the playground. She passed by me and said, "bye, Daddy" like I was any other goofy man with a gardening hat on. She is so needy, yet so independent already!!! Should I like this?
