Enjoyed our first night of 'nothing' for once tonight. Walked from the house to Jimmy Johns to grab a sandwich, and from there we went to Center City Park to eat. Perfect weather for an outdoor dinner!

Been a bit behind with updating the blog for the reason that we've been moving and just being plain stupid busy! Anyway, here's some pics of the "punkers" in our new kitchen. She's such great help with the carrots.

Welcome to our first step in owning a home!

Downtown life here we come! Just this past week we jumped on a foreclosure that we could not pass up. We wouldn't think of touching this place if it wasn't for it being a foreclosure. 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths and more. This townhouse is about 200 yards from the arts district downtown. More to come once we finally sign on the dotted line come closing time in about 30 days, but until then, here's some photos.
