Update #6 HOME!

Ahh! It's so nice to be home! It's funny how many people said to enjoy the time in the hospital as long as you can. Not sure why. It's always nice to be home sweet home! No nurses coming in at 5 a.m. just to give you Motrin, no BBQ pork chops left over from 2 years ago, and no coffee that tastes like hot water that only has one coffee bean soaking at the bottom of the mug. We are excited to be in our own space for sure!

Kennedy is doing really well. Solo unrolled her black, spotted tongue and gave her a big, long lick on the face. Solo loves to check on Kennedy and see if she's OK. She's going to be a great big sister!

Amy is doing well with very little pain (thanks to our friend named Percocet) and has been able to catch up on some sleep. It's very hard to stay awake when you have a ball of warmth sitting on your chest!
