Welcome to our first step in owning a home!

Downtown life here we come! Just this past week we jumped on a foreclosure that we could not pass up. We wouldn't think of touching this place if it wasn't for it being a foreclosure. 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths and more. This townhouse is about 200 yards from the arts district downtown. More to come once we finally sign on the dotted line come closing time in about 30 days, but until then, here's some photos.
